Refund policy

At BLOSSOMS, we only work with florists who take the utmost care in preparing your bouquets. If in exceptional circumstances you are unhappy with the standard of your bouquet, please direct all complaints to BLOSSOMS Customer Service by email info@blossomsoman.com or call +968 919 881 00. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours and resolve the situation.

If the complaint is due to substandard or incorrect flowers, we will require photographic evidence to support the claim. Our customer service team will then assess the claim and get back to you within 24 hours. Orders that have not been delivered can be cancelled and full refund will be issued. Please note that any refund issued can take approximately seven working days to reach your account/card. 

 

We cannot issue refunds in the following circumstance:- 

- Once flowers are cut, prepared and are out for delivery.

- If the recipient is not available or refuses to accept the order.
